President Museveni has promised to provide good roads and increase funding to agriculture, health and education sector.
He was speaking to Kampala based journalists this morning in Nakasero Kampala. Museveni also pledges to cover all potholes in Uganda’s roads, thus improving movenments of local people and Tourists.
The president who won last Friday presidential polls says his first priority is to enrich all Ugandans irrespective of their political briefs.
He says that the past 25-years the NRM government has been in power have solved the problem of poor transport system and insecurity.
Museveni says he will continue to create a transparent government that will ensure equitable distribution of national resources.
