Lxury Travel launches its new website this week. The new format helps customers to book their tour package to Southeast Asia in half the time compared with other websites.
In accordance with the innovative strategy of the company, this website ensures a hassle-free experience for travelers wishing to customize their tours online as well as pay online.
“The new website will bring the most convenience to the customer. It is designed with simplicity in mind and clients can make their selections based on their personal preferences: flexibility with date of travel, number of people, room arrangements (single, double, twin, triple), add-on services on tour, requests for children, etc” said Mr Thang Phan, Sales Manager.
Last year, Luxury Travel’s IT Manager, Mr Toai Le, spent over a year surveying customers to identify what they want from an operator’s website. Together with his team, he worked to develop this website which allows ease of access for customers from start to finish.
“Our mission is to satisfy our customers’ expectations as much as possible. To meet clients’ demands, this website has functions to flag up the various options available to them and they can make their selection by one simple click” said Toai Le.
The tour cost is also transparent, allowing clients to make any amendments to services or the date so that they can tailor their tour to suit their budget before they decide to buy.
Payment is also straightforward as we accept all major credit cards (transaction fee 3.5% for Visa and MasterCard and 5% for AMEX) and clients only pay the cost shown.
