127 feared dead in plane crash

A plane carrying up to 127 people has crashed near Islamabad international airport with no known survivors, according to reports.

The Bhoja Air plane, flight BHO-213, was flying from Karachi to Islamabad when it crashed close to the aiport bear to Baria Town after bursting into flames.

There had been reports of severe and sudden rainstorms.

The carrier left Karachi at 17:00 local time and had been due to arrive at Islamabad at 18:50.

Bhoja Air, which was founded about 10 years ago, has not commented on the incident yet.
