Tourists to the Serengeti can now reach their destination comfortably and easily by flying directly to and from the Serengeti to Nairobi.
A Southbound flight on Coastal Aviation will depart Nairobi at 0730 hours on time to collect guests arriving from Europe or already in Nairobi, will stop in Tarime where guests will go through customs and fly into the Serengeti. Thus within 1 ½ hours, the aircraft will reach the first airstrip and travelers will be ready to start their safari. The arrival time, however, depends on which airstrip travelers fly to.
A Northbound flight picks up passengers from any airstrip in Serengeti, flies to Tarime where they go through customs, and continues on reaching Nairobi at about 1715 hpurs, on time to connect to all major international flight to Europe and the USA.
Coastal Aviation flies daily between any airstrip in the Serengeti and Nairobi (Jomo Kenyatta International Airport).
