ARC announced today that it has launched a fraud prevention website that will allow travel agents to register for fraud alerts and future webinars, as well as obtain information about current trends and guidance for identifying and stopping fraud. Jennifer Watkins, Director of Credit Card Services and Fraud Prevention at ARC, made the announcement today during the Fraud Prevention Panel discussion at TravelConnect, ARC’s first annual customer conference.
“One of the best ways to fight fraud in the travel agency distribution channel is through collaboration and education,” stated Watkins. “ARC’s position in the industry and commitment to helping agents better manage the risk of fraud made launching the website the logical next step in our fraud prevention efforts.”
