AFRICAN AIRLINES ASSOCIATION EVENT GATHERS PACE | gorilla safaris

African Airlines Association
Several hundred airline professionals from the level of CEOs to middle management have started to sign up for the African Aviation Association (AFRAA)event, and senior officials from IATA and ICAO, from aircraft manufacturers and aviation suppliers will discuss the industry’s state of affairs since the last assembly in Mombasa last November.
The who’s who in African aviation is expected to assemble in Algiers from November 9-11, when the organization is holding its 46th Annual General Assembly at the Algiers Hilton Hotel.
AFRAA has in recent years added more members and been active in launching a fuel saving scheme for over a dozen participating airlines which has since its launch three years ago saved over US$30 million.
Host airline Air Algerie’s President and Director General Mr. Mohamed Salah Boultif, together with the AFRAA Secretary General Dr. Elijah Chingosho have already sent out invitations and assured participants of problem free Visa processing via Algeria’s diplomatic missions.
